| londonwriting chapter 1 . 1/16/2009 I love it! Great idea - I'm guessing this is how it would have been if Chuck and Bryce hadn't been recruited into the CIA. I am a Chuck/Sarah shipper, so I was a little disappointed after reading the first bit, when I realised that his wife must be Jill, but after that scene with Graham and Sarah (which was very well written, and especially well formulated), this has got me all exited! I love that in your story Chuck and Jill don't work out, and (I'm guessing) it leads to Sarah anyway, so Jill never was 'the one' for him after all. I liked you having Chuck and Bryce as friends, and Bryce as Best Man, and the fact that Ellie and Chuck are still in contact and together is great, especially with Ellie obviously showing more care for Chuck than Jill. I'm assuming that when Sarah enters Bryce will introduce her to Charles using his name 'Chuck', so she'll call him Chuck as well. Or that's what I hope will happen anyway. Jeez I don't wanna influence you, so I'll stop now. The basics of my review: You've got your characters mapped out and well defined, you've set it up so that the story (IMO) has a lot of potential, and I can't wait to read more! |

I'm glad that his marriage isn't going too strong (I'm a Charah shipper). I'm interested to see where you take this. |

I also like the peak we got at how hardened Sarah is as an agent without Bryce and Chuck acting as forces of love and normalcy in her life. |
