I absolutely enjoyed this story. Dean-centric stories especially hurt/comfort and/or angst are my favorites.

this is all sweet (but also Sam sucks) but I keep remembing what an a-hole Sam is in the sequel.

The following is Sam’s best acting:

“ Now you're in this new Hell. You really think I'm just gonna leave you here? Just give up and turn away and forget about you?" A tear escapes Sam's eye, and he swipes it away with his sleeve. "Dammit Dean, I'm NOT losing you again, you hear me? I'm not going back to worrying about you every second of every day, thoughts running wild with pictures of you being tortured. That isn't living, Dean—that's MY torture. I can't let you suffer for me again. I WON'T.”

And this is acting because Sam later sits in his bum and bangs a veterinarian while Dean is stuck in Purgatory

If I remember correctly, Sam sides with Ruby in the sequel. Chooses a demon, again, over Dean. Smh

Umm! Sam actually calls Dean weak and pathetic later on in the show. Then Sam calls him the same thing when Dean returns from Purgatory. BTW, Dean has never downplayed Sam’s trauma. So what gives Sam the right to do the same to Dean?

No, the worst part…the absolute low…was not knowing how you were.

Aw, don’t worry Dean, Sam was having the best time of his life. Mating with demons and getting high off of blood :)

Sam never should have been created as a character. He’s a villain painted as a hero. I’ll tell ya, all these Sam fans are probably dictator sympathizers.

"Hey, Ruby?" he says to her voice mail. "It's me. I'm, uh…calling about Dean. He's in big trouble, and you might be the only one who can help us."

Bobby just said they had a lead for a cure! First Sam sticks it to Dean, now to Bobby? You’d think Bobby earned more respect and trust! Again, Sam sides with evil.

Sam can’t take care of Dean because he doesn’t want to. He was spoiled with Dean being his parent and Sam is now too self absorbed to care about anything but himself.

work on getting him to TALK to me.” Why on earth would Dean talk to Sam? Sam has proven to be unloyal and anything but trustworthy. This is the man that left Dean behind multiple times, chooses demons over Dean, and later calls dean weak and pathetic because Dean went through torture. Sam should not be tolerated!

Hate Sam. Why did he just stand and watch Dean die? It’s because he was reveling in it! He’s been on the side of evil since he was born! The guy bangs demons and drinks their blood for crying out loud! Sam is EVIL!

It’s because Sam is a demon. Why’ are fans being stupid and blind? Sam never once saved Dean in the show, but Dean always pulls through and saves Sam. It’s because Dean genuinely cares about his brother, unlike Sam.

Omg this story was amazing. The hurt Dean, the flashbacks of Hell argh my heart I just wanted to hug him...hug what I can lol. GiantDean is literally to me sexy I read another fic that involved a giant Dean called Change in a Man (Which is also amazing) and the author recommend your fic to me. I'm so glad she did. I'm moving on to the sequel. :D

I loved this.
The funny parts, OMG, hilariuos! Dean fart, Ruby, this last chapter alone...
And the hell description was amazing. I have read a couple of stories and none depict Dean's time in hell as well as yours!
Needless to say I am moving on to the sequel next.

This chapter and the sheer angst followed by fluff gets me every time. I just can't get enough of how sweet they are. And yay, size shifting Dean! On to the next story to have my heart broken all over again!
