Hey, awesome story, by far the best HDM fic I've read so far. I check back every week or so for an update, hoping you'll post one soon, since it's been maybe 5 months since your last update. But the best character is definitely Tobias...hope him and Aero get reunited eventually. Keep writing!

The ending was too abrupt, try not to rush things like that. Otherwise it's great.

Reading the reviews of this chapter I became bored and thus decided to criticise you for the very first (and the last I hope) time. So, as a contrast to the other opinions:

I really did not like the way you reunited Lyra and Will.

Sorry, but I can hardly imagine them standing there in the dark and speaking words that do not at all fit the situation. They seemed somehow drugged.

The rest of the chapter (before and after this short scene) is as good as ever. After having waited so long for the story to continue this was like a fresh, cold rain on a desert valley.

Uhm, your latest chapter breaks with the style of the previous chapters. It is great, but I really miss the terror that was in every single word of the first chapters (somehow masochistic).

And then there's a thing I did not understand. Perhaps it's too suble, perhaps I am too stupid, perhaps I interprete too much. Last words of ch. 18:

"Iris turned to Will, who had asked the question, and raised her hair from her face, a somewhat ironically wry smile playing about her lips.

Will stared at the seven, and smiled as well. "

What is the reason of them smiling? Has the number any special meaning I missed?

(by the way, you have to have very strange hair to cover your forehead so completely that nobody can see a seven-shaped scar on it but this is not very important :o) )

At first, your story was amazing, awsome, great 10/10. And after the statement "FWOM" it just raised the level to 11/10!.

Now I think Tobias is completely insane. It is one thing to hurt yourself, but I felt so bad for Aero. She did not understand his pain, she died thinking, believing that she did something to deserve that pain and punishment.

This story is absolutly amazing, I usually stick with HP fics, but I decided to try something different today and I found your stuff which I am now in love with. The only prob. I ad with this chapter is that Kirjava stopping wouldn't make Will stop walking because of the time he and Lyra went to the world of the dead and stretched the bonds of their Daemons
