I loved this when you posted it as a one-shot, and now I love it even more!

I love the name change, and I also love the name of the second chaper instead of first sight.

I can't wait for more...

So much that I loved in this chapter and once again, your writing is amazing. I especially love their online communications back and forth ... their poems/lyrics and comments to each other. I kept a running list of all the lines I loved throughout ... the list is long and you may not appreciate it, but I'm gonna post them:

1. That’s sex, twin, not love. (LOVE that Alice calls him "twin" as a nickname.

2. I sing a descant soprano only dogs can hear and occasionally shake my ass with a tambourine.

3. So tomorrow, you’ll fall in love at first sight with a gorgeous sexy alto who makes your blood sing.

4. He’d turned to stone when I hugged him, but his face had blushed as red as mine.

5. I tried to imagine a male version of her and couldn’t get past the striped stockings.

6. I guess it’s not fair to make your daughter dump her boyfriend just because you want to marry his mother.

7. I can face a crowd as long as I am in another one.

8. Her voice cut my heart to ribbons, then pasted it back together with honey.

9. She was Amy Winehouse with her clothes on, Norah Jones with her clothes off, Stevie Nicks at sixteen;

10.I’d lost my nerve for a shy little girl who wasn’t even wearing lipstick.

was right. She turned my world upside down.

Loved this so much when I read the original one-shot and I'm pleased you're continuing. Your writing is amazing and this story is unique and creative ... definitely something I can't wait to read more of.
