I've read this before over 10 years ago and have now hunted down the fic I remember as the one where E & B are communicating online without knowing who the other person is. Glad I've tracked it down for a re-read. I love the poetry but the thing that jarred me out of the writing from c1 - is it normal/common for 17 year olds to have breast augmentations in the US? I think you're trying to set this up as B being the polar opposite of J/other girls E is around once she arrives but cosmetic surgery and massive amounts of underage drinking/drug use just doesn't correlate with high school for me. Maybe the setting would have worked better if they were at university/early 20s.

I've got some conflicted feelings about e and b's first time, because, well, it was fucked up even if, at the time, she did not know he was drugged. I would've thought that could bring some trauma, u know? It is scary shit. Even if it ended up being with the person he wanted to have sex with.

And James SHOULD not be the only one in trouble with the police. I mean, omg, he was dealing drugs but he had NOTHING to do with the whole rophynol thing. I hope Victoria answered for that. It was not that clear.

Finally, I was so in love with spark and pretty boy. They were cute and sweet and crazy about each other and stupid as well (there were times I wanted to smack them in their heads). I had a great time reading this :)
