| pumpkindazze chapter 41 . 7/21/2022 This really is one of the most well thought out alternate universe guardian stories I've read. I like Snape in this a lot, and it's nice that Harry gets a chance to be a kid. If anything I kinda miss the danger and shenanigans, but Snape is such a good guardian in this it makes sense that a lot of that would be avoided. It's also nice to see all the teachers be much more attentive and in the know. Good story, I'll finish it for sure pretty soon. |

One of the better versions I've read for sure, he's proper Snape with all the cunning and snark, but dropping the Harry hate so early is really nice. He's a proper ally, in Harry's eyes from the start this time around. Not just a protector in the shadows. |

I love how he is still a self righteous jerk but seems to have a teeny tiny weak spot when it comes to wide-eyed Harry Potter LOL |

That being said he does seem much more reasonable than in canon lol, but again I can honestly see how this turn of events could realistically lead to that. Anyways: love it, and this is a solid 10/10. Hufflepuff Harry is rare but so so so nice to read; happy Harry even moreso. |
