Loved the story even though it so sad!
| Adriana DiVolpe chapter 1 . 1/2/2010
This is a brilliant introspection. It's nice to see this side of Sylvia. This is such a perfect piece.
| trecebo chapter 1 . 10/15/2009
Excellent Sylvia piece showing the true hard thing she and Wilf have to do for Donna. Bravo.
| Akanesi chapter 1 . 8/27/2009
What they did to her was so hugely unfair!
Very well written. You got all the angst in there perfectly.
| Shinkei chapter 1 . 5/12/2009
You know how I commented before that I don’t tend to like stories shorter than a thousand words? Well, this is one of those few out there that are definitely worth reading: it was really touching, and although it was quite sad and angsty it was amazingly written. I loved the style you wrote it in – the short paragraphs with the really striking lines at the end. How you linked the ending back to the beginning was really clever too... Great oneshot Allie :-)
| Derek Metaltron chapter 1 . 4/13/2009
Aw, this was a sad but sweet look on how Sylvia and Wilf are coping, and you got the blend of normality of life and the wonderful world of the Doctor just right. Nice usage of the Alzheimers woman as well to reflect on Donna.
| planet p chapter 1 . 4/8/2009
This was sad - and well written. I'm always sad that Donna never met Leon (I think that's what he's called) again, and that the Doctor had to lose another friend, but I guess - one day - he's going to meet River, and he'll have a friend again, at least for a while, and I guess that is the best one (especially the Doctor) can ever really hope for - for a while...
| EmeraldSoleil chapter 1 . 4/3/2009
Well written and sad... But then, what happened to Donna is just so amazingly tragic that it's even difficult to think about without wanting to sob. Great story.
