I sypathize on the note. I stunk at Physics as well. As for the accident, there is actual evidence that throwing yourself over the car in a certain way can actually result in little to no injury. However, this is very hard to attain and has to be done at lower speeds than I assume Gin is driving at. The presumption that she is still alive only because she threw herself over rather than be dragged under does hold some credit, though.

By the way, good writing so far! I feel SO bad for Kaito, but we did know that Kaito would be found out one day. Hope that Akako can rush things up and get the white theif and black knight to survive the terrifying ravens.

Hey there! Even though you finished the fic, I still wanted to correct this little mistake that isn't really that big but should still be corrected. When Ran asked 'Mother?' in Japanese, it is not 'okaa-san' but 'kaa-san' or more uncommonly seen 'haha'. You usually use 'okaa-san' for other people's mothers. 'kaa-san' is for your own cause the 'o' is for respect. Also, I'm pretty sure that you know but just as a precaution, 'obaa-san' is grandma, 'oba-san' is aunt, 'ojii-san' is grandpa and 'oji-san' is uncle.

But a single exclamation mark just made me realise more how awesome the series are. And fanfic or not, a single exclamation mark hit me like a bullet I didn't fast and...I loved what I felt, whether what I felt you intended for the reader to or not. You are awsome. I cracked up during the "pink elephant" part. I finally stopped when I told myself it was like 3:00 AM. Yup. Been readin' it all night! It's really interesting, you know. I guess too interesting, I'll be sleeping all day tomorrow. :D

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! This has to be the best (and longest) DC fic I've ever read. Very well written, and an amazing plot! The 'final battle' had me on the edge of my seat. It was also a realistic end. Though no one died (and thank you SO much for that) there were some casualties.

I just have to say, this was amazingly well thought out. Akako's past and the true story of Pandora made this an original fanfic that still kept the characters… in character! xD Overall, this was an excellent read. x3

i loved the way you had Yukiko have her own deep moment of regret and how Shinichi forgave her! it was really cute and i liked it a lot! it gave me a new respect for his parents, especially since i don't have a lot for them anyways.

So I just read the entire story in ONE sitting...almost 14 straight hours? This story seriously blew me away. I even had to look up a character or two! Great job incorporating so many characters, while KEEPING them in character. You gave even those in the Dark Organizations a human side, even Gin! This reminds me of Snape being given a second chance. The happy ending was perfect! I have to say that Hattori turning into a kid was the funniest thing ever, and the Kuroba twins? You should totally write a sequel with their kids! Kazuha should have a daughter. Then she can be paired up with little Conan! That would be super cute! Also, while I had various suspicions, it was still hard for me to believe that Vermouth was indeed Eta until everything was explained. I'm usually pretty good at predicting plots, and so imagine my surprise! Akako's story too. I was never a huge fan of Magic Kaito compared to the DC manga, but knowing Kaito and Aoko better now, I may start looking into that too. Thank for for such a great read! I'll be sure to check out your other works too. Cheers!

Oh wow. I remember faving this story around a few months ago, when it wasn't finished yet (around middle of last year?) and only read it now. I've spent around a week, three day's worth of iPhone batteries, and late nights to finish this fic, and I must say, this is one of the best fics that I have ever read.

I loved all the characters (not that I didn't love them before!), even the OCs and most of the villains. The characterization was perfect, and for someone who also writes fics for therapeutic reasons, that is an amazing feat. I also love that you delved into the canon pairings and made it real for me. Some were a little jarring (Saguru/Akako and Jodie/Akai mostly) but you made me believe it, and that's all that matters. Most of all, you added a lot of my favorite side characters into the mix and made them prominent to the story (I couldn't tell you how happy I was to find a fic that prominently featured Saguru and Yuusaku!) I guess you can tell by now how much I loved this story, huh? XD

All in all, I was glad to finally read this story non-stop on my phone for the past week. Thank you for creating such a wonderful fic, it was beautiful and the ending made me smile. I love happy endings, don't we all? It's going to be hard to take this story off my headcanon now when I read the manga! XD

Anyways, thanks for posting up what most of us readers would call "the end of Detective Conan". It kinda satisfies my urge to see the end of the 17 to 18 years long series. :P

What i particularly like about your story is the fact that you kept the characters as they are, although soe of them had a feel OOC scenes. You also managed to capture the mystery genre of Detective Conan, and your updates are always suspenseful to keep the readers wanting for more!

It is no wonder, that when i saw first saw your story, i saw 1125 reviews AND 92 chapters! O O
