What an exciting story! So much mystery.
I love trying to figure out what the hell is going on with James and Victoria.
We know they are on the outs.
That James left the area, maybe.
That Victoria has been in their rooms and took Bella’s jacket.
So does Victoria want to eat Edward or mate with him?
Edward could be the reason they are on the outs. Maybe when they killed
is parents Victoria saw his picture and became infatuated.
I’m assuming it was Emmett and Rosalie that saved Edward.

I wish they were already in Florida. I would feel less worried about them.

I’m worried Edward could be a suspect because Mr. Miller died the same way his parents did.

It sounds like Mr. Miller sacrificed himself. Maybe Alice saw Edward and Bella getting attacked and the only thing that changed that future was Mr. Miller taking his walk and getting attacked instead.
He encouraged them to go into the woods knowing they would be safe.
How can one vampire cause so much trouble with the Cullens and wolves near by?
It doesn’t really make sense. I know you will eventually clear up all mysteries, you always
do.

Is it James calling his phone?
Who took Bella’s jacket?
The Cullens so they all have her scent?
I’d be surprised if James had gotten that close.
Who was in her room last time?

I’ve tried to guess what Mr. Miller was talking about on the phone. All I could come up with is that James doubled back for Bella. I assumed to kill her but it sounded like Edward might be the target now so maybe he decided he needs a new mate. I’m not sure but I thought Mr. Miller was offering himself up instead of the kids, maybe…?

I’m worried that James is going to come back for her.
I wonder who Edward thought was calling him.

Close call. Thank god for Alice, I’m guessing.
It sounds like called Jake and sent him to save Bella.
I know Edward is traumatized and so hurt but the
abuse he is doling out to Bella is unacceptable.
He is treating her like a yo-yo and it’s hurtful and
unfair. He needs therapy, nothing will get better
until he opens up and talks about what he is going
thru.

Holy shit!
She should have told Edward he’s a coward.
That boy needs therapy.

That cleared up a lot of questions. Both parents are dead, most likely killed by
vampires. Edward is wealthy, which explains him not working.
What was the kid from next door doing breaking into his house?
Was he really trying to loot the place? Or did he have morbid curiosity
about the murders?
I’m going to assume said vampires will be making another appearance.
Will they smell him and remember his scent from the house? Or maybe Edward
just given a big head start, like a game.

Edward needs to really put Jessica in her place once and for all. A girls not going to
throw herself at you like that unless she thinks she can get away with it. How the hell
was she able to cling on him so long to be able to leave a hickey? If a guy did that to
a girl it would be considered sexual assault.
So it’s confirmed, his parents are dead. Maybe they died protecting Edward from
someone after the shooting or they could have already been gone when he said housesitting.
That might have explained his state of mind during the shooting. I’m still hoping that maybe
his mom has passed away before his dad and she ends up being Esme. I can’t rule out
vampires being involved in some way since Edward’s pasts comes back in a brutal way,
according to the synopsis. Bella needs to be clear that she didn’t think she killed his parents,
that it sounded like that’s what he was saying. She also needs to talk him into seeing a
therapist.

I was hoping he was still going to be there.

I’m a bit pissed at Charlie. I think Bella should have been harder on him. When she was telling Edward’s attributes she should have added and sooo tortured. Reading the report Charlie shouldn’t
have been so hard on him, maybe even felt a bit sorry. An upstanding citizen, a good person killed a kid who broke into his house. Why is Charlie acting like it could have been malicious?

OMG! I wasn’t expecting that. I feel a bit down trodden that his secret is something so
horrific, so final. There is no coming back from or fixing that, it is something he will have
to learn to live with and be judged about for the rest of his life. By the sound of it his
father is one of the ones judging him, maybe not his mom since she gave him the necklace.
13 or not that kid shattered a window and broke into their house that resulted in an awful
tragedy and because of his age blame was put on the adult that was involved.
My other thought is that there is some blame on Edward for his panicked actions. Grabbing a
gun as your first instinct doesn’t sit well with me, or shooting blindly.
I was hoping Bella was going back to give him hell.
I hope she yells at Charlie, she’s a grown woman.

I wonder what Edward said to Jessica, some Edward outtakes would be so awesome.
I know at least in some states if not all that spitting on someone is considered assault,
probably a law made to discourage spitting on cops. I wonder if you can also go for
spitting in someone’s food.
I did wonder why Edward was fighting when Bella was laying in the street. I like how
that was explained and how Tyler even helped him.
I don’t know if the blurting the crabs thing was such a good idea, she just made a
worse enemy.
