Reviews for A difference of philosophy

A fascinating read! I have to say I've never read Derek Robinson and I see I'm going to have to fix that... It's interesting that Robinson felt he had to write his own books to counterbalance Johns. I felt that especially in some of the later stories set in WWI you did get the sense very clearly that Biggles was drifting towards alcoholism and depression but censors being what they were back in the day...

At any rate I thoroughly enjoyed your story, it was well set up and well written.

I really rather like this. The characters, and the voices... and this bit:

“Good gods, man, do you have any moral fibre in your body?” demanded Major Wilkinson.

It's just so... Wilks. And Wooley... ouch.

But anyway, this is good. Thanks for sharing!
