I am really enjoying your story but I am unclear on one point. You said that the gang were apperating from the Ministry to Harry’s house and that would not expose them via the tracking signal so why are they not going to work. Their families are safe and whilst they cannot go to anyone else’s home (such as the Wesley’s) they should be safe at the Ministry. What am I missing?

This story is at the top of my comfort fic list. I dunno is any fanfic ever touched my heart so much. You can count on me to reread this story every few months, when the reality takes a toll and a break is needed. Yeah, this is escapism. I love this story sm.

Well, that wraps up my second read of your wonderful story. It was just as precious a treat as the first time I picked it up.

It was absolutely delightful to savour it with the benefit of hindsight. Seeing the hints you dropped on Roslyn, the way all characters’ reasons and activities during the war were unveiled, Harry gradually getting better, Gawain and Mary finding their way to each other again… I have to say I’m particularly fond of all the banter scenes, and the way all adults grew to care for and appreciate Harry.

This story made me laugh, cry (the interview where Harry talks about losing hope and finding it again was such a beautiful way to put it), shake my head in fondness… Thank you so much for sharing this story with us! It’s really a work of love, and it shows.

I am at a loss of words. I've loved reading this story, and its characters have now found a place in my heart. It's been an amazing ride- and thank you so, so much for writing it.

I just wanted to say thanks for a great story and for coming back to complete jt. I rately read over 30k works in a month now on fanfic (while at one point i read over 100k a night) just due to the sites decline, stories no longer being updated, and if im honest my consumption of most of the content that interests me despite it being so vast. I enjoyed this story it was unlike many others uve read in theme and really elegently gave a post war epilouge

Obviously, because doing what’s right is for fuddy duddy Dumbledore ideologies. The fact this attitude is genuinely condoned in this fanfic makes for a terrible read, especially when you have Harry Potter acting perfectly nice to these people.
