I'm sorry that I haven't been consistently reviewing, but I just couldn't bring myself to stop. This is so good! D:

I saw "Spock & N. Uhura" and "Angst" and I just had to read this.

This was a great story from start to finish; I couldn't stop reading until the very end. You truly captured my attention with your writing and I just wanted to voice my enjoyment as countless others have. :) The ending with Sarek and T'lan was certainly out of left field for me, but an interesting way to let us know what happened to T'lan. And Jim admitting that he messed up with never telling Uhura how he felt about her in a respectful manner to McCoy before marrying her to Spock tore at my heart. But there were plenty of moments when I felt/empathized with various characters.

Bwahahah, Sarek and T'Lan! Precious. Although, I'm not sure why they should be any more successful than Spock and T'Lan were. They are still both in love with other people.

And so now Spock and Uhura are allowed to raise Grayson on the Enterprise? I admit I don't like that they just dumped him on Chapel and flounced off to work. They should work opposite shifts so that one parent is always with the boy.

Anyway, I really enjoyed this story. It was very realistically done, and with lots of good humour and romance. Favorited. :)

I really like the wedding vows, those were so in character and touching.

Really? The Enterprise is a battleship? I always thought it was first and foremost an exploratory and diplomatic vessel. Although it does get into its fair share of skirmishes, it's not actually manned by soldiers, but by scientists and diplomatic types, for the most part. I guess there weren't any children on it in those days, though, either way.

Oh. my. gosh. That was beautiful. Spock's whole declaration of love during the mind meld. So nicely done.

I love the name Grayson. It's so fitting.

You know, if all Vulcans are like Spock and T'Lan, that race is never going to repopulate itself... I would have thought they'd really be more logical about it.

Kirk is actually pretty smart. And sensitive.

The awkwardness at Spock's house between him, his father, and T'Lan was again very realistically portrayed.

Ooh, really exciting!

But still, Spock is wallowing. He should man up.

Those darned cosmic filaments! Ah well, a rather obvious plot device, but well within canon.

It's nice that Sarek is so understanding. Ever since he admitted he loved Amanda, he's been an old softie.

Aw... Chekhov is just too cute.

I don't really think that Uhura and Spock would both have been virgins. They are both old enough and 'normal' enough for that not to be the case. Still, it was a really nice scene.

Awkward! But you know, it doesn't really seem like Spock is making any sort of effort.

I'm glad you made Spock able to conceive a child in the normal manner. I've seen so many fics where he is infertile, and I just don't believe that would have been the case.
