chocolatekiller chapter 1 . 5/22/2009 Oh, I loved this. It was so soft and honest and human (oh!) and bittersweet... but not sad, not really. It's sad that they couldn't really say it, that they couldn't really do anything and be open about it, but what they managed with sneakiness made it not so sad. (though, in a way, it also made it sadder...) But I really enjoyed Q's seriousness, seeing his other, more mature side, and getting these insights into both him and Picard. In short, I enjoyed everything, from first to last sentence. So, I request a sequel. Please? Pretty please? Shall I undress and appear in your room, practically-but-not-really begging? I would. I need to know everything turned out well (I'm not even considering the prospect of them losing!), and if it's just a tiny drabble. (I wouldn't say no to something more, though...) |
