Love it! Great exploring an OC planet and love the geeky (sorry if it sounds offense) rodney explanations. So cool!

I really like this story! I've been listening to Gene Kelly songs in the background, and I must admit I now have managed to associate tap-dancing sounds with large, evil ants...

Goodness me, that was really revolting in a really good way. I haven't been that squicked by a story in a long time!
| Azamiko chapter 6 . 8/9/2010
I'm fairly certain you can still get sick from centuries old bone dust and crypts. *grin* I can't believe they actually buried him in the bones. Cool.

Thank you for another great story! I guess I really enjoy Rodney-whump. "
There's one detail I'd like to address concerning the technology, even though many people won't remember this after so many years: In the episode 'Hide And Seek' (third ever), the boy Jinto went into an empty transporter chamber which was later filled with boxes (from the destination chamber he accidentally chose) when the adults checked the door. Therefore, it can safely be deduced that instead of 'adding' new objects to an already occupied chamber, the objects just get exchanged between locations.
Since the plot would loose a lot of its suspense with this rather simple solution, I do in no way wish for you to edit your story just to allow for that detail. I love suspense! " And anyhow, maybe mining transporters worked differently! .~
So, all in all you did a wonderful job and I enjoyed reading a great deal, once again.

Why don't they ever listen when their 'spidey senses' start tingling?
Creepy with the ants crawling. I've had a nightmare about bugs crawling. Yeesh!
Good story, THANKS!

This was too easy, but still I got it and was ROTFLMHO: ""Probably broke a bunch," Rodney said, one hand touching a shattered bone nearby - possibly a humerus. He lifted his eyes to meet Sheppard's gaze.
"Any of your own bones?" Sheppard tried the question again.""

At first I was a bit wary about the story, but as I read it and it progressed, I began to like it more and more. It was pretty entertaining and exciting!
Congrats! Superb writing!

Thank you for sharing the great story with the rest of us ;)
| x Varda x chapter 6 . 6/4/2009
Yay! Another excellent story. Rodney's gonna be okay, nice team friendship there and even a little McKeller to boot! Love it! Thanks!
I'd say I can't wait for your next one... but, you've already been posting :)
| x Varda x chapter 5 . 6/4/2009
Yep, Sheppard really hates insects (even more so after his run in with the Iratus bug and then nearly turning into one!) Great plan, but are the team about to grow extra legs and feelers? LOL! Kinda like 'The Fly' icky!
| x Varda x chapter 4 . 6/4/2009
OMG! Poor Rodney - buried under the bones and he's claustrophobic! Not surprised he panicked. Eaten alive by ants? Ouch, nasty!
| x Varda x chapter 3 . 6/4/2009
Uh oh! Rodney's dazed and confused and how's Sheppard going to climb out of that hole with a broken clavicle? :o This exchange made me laugh:-
"Do you think you broke any bones?"
"Probably broke a bunch," Rodney said, one hand touching a shattered bone nearby - possibly a humerus. He lifted his eyes to meet Sheppard's gaze.
"Any of your own bones?"

Sorry it's taken so long for me to read this! (bad Varda!) Is a stack of reviews an adequate apology? :)
Love this chapter. Bones and bugs and Rodney panic. Totally creepy in the dark catacombs with the skulls! And now a hole in the ground. That's gonna hurt (I hope!)

Well done, NotTasha! That was so much fun. A little h/c . A lot adventure. Dash of humor. Just was the sawbones ordered!
