I think you did a wonderful job with little Itachi and Sakura. I've seen this type before, but they were always a miss with me. And you've done an excellent job in keeping the characters real. The only thing that really bothers me is Itachi's teammates. There's nothing 'wrong' with them, I just don't like them. Instead, I hope to see more of Sakura's mom :D

Aside from that, I love the whole Itachi thing! I must admit that was very clever and cute.

Very well-written and I loved the detail! Itachi-chan was soo adorable and I busted out laughing when little Sakura sked Itachi if his parents named him because he looked like a weasel. xD

Anyway~ can't wait for the next update.

Aw i thought you did a wonderful job in how they interacted with one another. It seems realistic in that Sakura is very trusting. She probably was also told that leaf ninja's will always help out if she needs it.

I've always wondered about Itachi's genin teammates. But his reaction works with what we know of him. Since he witnessed the demon's attack at age 5/6 he was said to have a nonviolent personality.
