Your poem is beautiful. :) And I'm not just saying that. It's full of very descriptive imagery that made me want to keep going, and I loved the central idea of them longing for each other so deeply. It's rare to see such well-written poetry for the Sheelos section. Awesome. :D
Thanks so much for the dedication. I wasn't expecting to see my name up in your author's note and in the summary. Thanks! You gave me a fuzzy warm feeling. XD

Oh, my gosh! This is so good! I have never ever been a poet so I can't imagine how much work it must take, I can't write two lines of a poem for English class without being like "AUUGHGH!11!". And thank you so much for the dedication, I'm so glad to hear you have enjoyed my work! In fact I've intended to update soon, have something half written, but I actually just graduated high school tonight so I've been so busy this past few weeks. XD
But yeah, great job again! I enjoyed it! :D
| John Poe chapter 1 . 6/11/2009
I have to say that this was surprisingly good. Its cadence was smooth, the structure was consistent, and, most importantly, the emotion was there.
There really wasn't anything particularly complex here; you thankfully shied away from the common poet's pitfall of falling in to convoluted symbols and metaphors that make no sense. Instead, it was simple to understand and enjoy.
A refreshing poem. Thanks.

Good poem. I'm not really into Shelos, but it is well written and shows the emotion well.
