The Uhura/Nero at the start and end was gutting. Him begging her to choose him even though he he knew she wouldn't. And I like to think part of her killing him was to set him free of his pain and madness.

This is an amazing story! I read Countdown and wished they could have included more of it in the movie. As much as I loved the movie, your story makes a twisted, dark alternative. Can't wait to read how it ends!

I heart this story and I can't believe you aren't getting more reviews. Because in my personal opinion I think this story is fantastic and much better than some other Trek stories that people are putting out, but some how are getting more reviews.
