Interesting premise. Clever of Wash/Q to go back in the timeline far enough that his friends didn't catch it. Funny idea - a Q getting drunk. Do they even eat or drink? Nice to think that Wash would still be 'alive' somewhere. Would have liked to see him get some message to Zoe, but I suppose the story is more consistent this way.

Wow, brilliant. Happy, of course, because Wash didn't truly 'die', sad because effectively, it was the same as dying and he couldn't go back. I loved how he changed things up in Mal's timeline, it fit in so perfectly— one couldn't help but think that's an awfully convenient thing during the movie, and turns out, it was. :)

Excellent writing as well; you should be very proud of this piece.
