| Mari83 chapter 26 . 2/14
Sigh, and here it ends... Glad to see Zuko's and Iroh's reunion.
I realize you may have long moved on, but I still wanted to thank you for this amazing story. I think what I liked most – other than the very well-thought-through plot twists – was how you brought the potential for depth and complexity in ALL of the established characters in a very balanced way. And added great Ocs on top. Thanks for sharing!

I know you haven't written on this in a couple of years now, but if you would ever reconsider I believe the audience is there. Even if it doesn't have an ending, I don't regret a moment spent reading it. The story is terrific, the set up is awesome, I love your characters inside the story outside of the story line ones, as well as, the tradition characters. Making Zuko a prison of war was such a interesting idea and you wrote it so well. I know I singularly don't stand much of a chance of changing your mind a continuing a put aside story, but I would be awesome it helped. Thanks for the awesomeness (fingers crossed for more someday).
| too-much-inspiration chapter 25 . 1/18
Brilliantly formulated and written and just as good as the first time I read it. I love the mountain village and all your OCs are very vibrant and interesting to read about. Thank you for writing and posting this, and I look forward to reading the rest if and when you finish this!

I feel that if you delay the update any longer, the cryostasis process will be irreversible. If you do not mind my request, write a chapter-please.
I hope to read more of this story in the near future.
| Kitty chapter 26 . 1/2

| A-Bookworm-Named-Steph chapter 26 . 10/29/2013
This is cruel to leave your fabulous and more believable than most story like this for 3 years. Especially after a chapter like this. I'm gonna go check on your profile and see how long you've been missing in action. If your lucky you just took a break and are now coming back if not I might have to sic the melon lord on you.
Seriously it's an amazing story that reads very cannon. I have to give you props for not making it as Zatura. As much as I love the pairing it's been done to death.
Hope to see you soon,
You fellow Avatard ABN Steph

Wow. This is a very interesting AU. Zuko is my favorite character, and always enjoy a story that explores his psych. Poor kid has been really messed up. And yet this story does even more damage! great reading, though. Love how you're exploring how being a POW messes with people, and all the other stuff the series hints at but never goes into depth. Love Hoshi, Brighteyes, and Kai. Great OCs. And while I've always been a little weirded out by Aang/Katara, I can respect your making Zuko/Mai a little more interesting.

Wow! Loving it
| mountainelements chapter 26 . 9/26/2013
This is a great fic! Even though it's a bit darker than the cartoon, it's still not depressing. Zuko's mental and emotional issues are an interesting idea and make a lot of sense. I'm glad that you're developing the pairings, as I really didn't see where ZukoMai came from in the cartoon. Your OCs are well developed, and I hope to see more of them.
One thing though, is this fic abandoned? I read the note on your profile, but that was nearly 2 years ago. Is it still on hiatus, or have you lost interest? Please let your readers know whether to give up or keep on hoping. Thank you.

Ermagerd. I love this story. I love the story and just all the little details. I understand if you are a little slow updating, but don't lose the ideas you have for this story.
