When he prayed, I'm not gonna lie, a few tears slipped down. I'm going to need a super happy story after reading the next chapter if it is as emotional as the last two.

This is such a sad story that makes me want to cry and scream and sob like I'm the one with cancer for the second time. But then, the chapter ends like it did and I want to cry for completely different reasons. Fantastic start to what feels like a really desperate story. Oh and Edward without messy hair, harsh enough for the tears to start falling again.

This story is amazingly touching. So pleased that J & E haven't jumped straight into f*ing as happens in most stories. Presume we have that to look forward to. Please publish the next chapter soon.

Really liking this story so far. While it promises more than a couple heart fails in the future, that can be very cathartic.

OK, definitely going to need to go out and buy more tissues...the type with aloe vera, and big girl panties. Heehee. Bring on the roller coaster!

Anyway. I love that despite the fact that they find themselves amidst a very difficult situation, they are still clearly in love and unable to keep their hands off one another. Jasper’s confession regarding the volunteering was too damned adorable, and Edward’s nerves over changing in front of him was too. Now, that business about the shower and the towel and his jaw and Jasper in the doorway was something entirely UNadorable. I’m pretty fuck fucktastic is a better adjective.

But anyway. Thanks for this update love!

This is really touching, and while the relationship might not be my thing, I'm touched by the connection Edward and jasper have.

It really is a god story line and I'd love to see where you take it in the future.

These two are so sweet together. Seems they have always loved each other, which makes it even better. Their declarations about fighting Edward’s cancer were nicely done. I give your Jasper so much credit here. It takes a courageous person to walk into forming a romantic relationship given the circumstances.

The love that these two share is so sweet. It's so new yet so old. I hope that they get some good news from Carlisle about Edward's cancer. I'd hate to see them not get to spend time together as a couple. Great chapter. Thanks for writing. :D

i can tell this is going to make me cry but most good stories do keep up the good work i can not wait for chapter 4

Thank you for the note about this story updating infrequently. I can be very patient but it helps to know at the outset that there won't be a regular schedule.

There's something very, very sweet about JxE's relationship in this story that will keep me reading. I can really that they have been close for a very long time in the way they interact wit each other. It still feels like a new relationship, but there's also a maturity to their interactions that has them behaving like a couple who've been together for years. The fact that they've been a couple in spirit for many years comes across very strongly. Despite the sad subject matter, I'm enjoying the story so far.

This story really gets to me... I love the conflicts that these two beautiful men have to face, it makes everything the feel all the more real. Cant wait till the next chapter ;)
