I think this really shocked Bella, "...didn’t seem at all put out by having to play second fiddle to me, which surprised me a little," and she's right to note that it is quite telling about his character. (unless he's acting of course)

I just adored the entire part of Bella's inner dialogue where she looks up Edward Cullen online. Priceless. The IMDB stuff-awesome. "Oh, look, there’s me." How surreal must this be! And yes, it may seem stalker-ish, but honestly curiosity is part of human nature and the internet just makes it easier to feed that curiosity. Of course, curiosity also killed the cat. Hm.

Kudos to Bella for mastering the search engine. She types in the perfect combination of words. Do you know how many people I know who can't figure that out? And EVERYTHING is on youtube. To this day it still shocks and surprises me.

Again, I find Bella's realization of Edward's talent to be a big turning point in their relationship. She perceives him as a fellow artist, someone with genuine talent, and not just an arrogant, selfish playboy. I imagine her attraction for him will be even harder to control with this revelation.

"The end result was meant to look effortless, but it was amazing how long it took to do." How true is this statement! The "messy" hair look takes forever. Ironic, isn't it?

Ah, and we know Edward's problem with Jasper! How ironic that by keeping the fact that Alice and Jasper are dating from Edward they are actually exacerbating the very situation they are trying to inhibit!

Alice confidence is the decency of her brother is endearing. But here is Bella's greatest fear-"I mean, maybe it’s the act." Because let's face it-Edward IS an ACTOR. And a darn good one if YouTube Hamlet is to be believed. What is real? How can Bella tell? Quite the quandry.

Ah, you have to love Bella-“I’m sure it has nothing to do with me, Alice. I know he’s a good guy. Maybe he’s just rediscovering that.” So unassuming. So trusting. So sweet and good.

LOVE THIS LINE-"That talented boy in Hamlet needed saving and somehow it had fallen to me to help do it." And suddenly this story experiences another huge shift in the dynamic. This isn't about the bad boy who needs a break so he can salvage his paycheck. It's about a talented artist who took a wrong turn and needs help getting back on the right path to allow his talent to shine for all the world to see. What girl won't find THAT propect attractive?

OMG! The Academy Awards. Honestly, I'm generally not THAT shallow, but I have to say that I LOVE Academy Awards night. I LOVE watching the Red Carpet interviews and arrivals. One year I even had an Academy Awards night party with appropriate decorations, menu, etc. It was such fun. My family knows that on Academy Awards night I get the big screen TV. I am so excited to read that chapter of your story!

This is an amazing story! I love how Alice is keeping her relationship with Jasper a secret cause Edward doesn't like him when letting him know would take away the reason for his dislike. I also really like how you're building the relationship up between Edward and Bella. Can't wait to read more.

Enjoyed this...they're starting to actually care about each other! What Bella and Alice don't realise, is that if Edward knew about Alice and Jasper, he might be protective of his sister, but his growling might stop since he's jealous over Jasper being with Bella!
