Thank you so much for writing this. This isn't the first time I've read this fanfic and I doubt it'll be the last!

So whenever I come back to this fanfic as I have done multiple times over the years I always get the order of the three words in the title mixed up. So this time I just used google rather than coming to first, and was surprised to see theres a thorough page on this fanfic on that website about fiction tropes. Its such a long page dude what a fun surprise

p.s. dean and sam both had the mental capacity to survive the worst hell had to offer from both alistair and lucifer. you have them fainting because of some bullshit. in doing so youve taken a shit on some of my favorite literary characters. for that i cannot forgive you.

Aaaaaaand I'm done. You lied. In the description it says adventure/friendship. i dont see it. all i see is a whole lot of dean(and now sam) fainting like an old woman in almost every chapter. the adventure hasnt been going on, and the friendship is pretty much devolving into crying hugs. thats all youve been showing us. hugs and catharsis are great, but both of these properties have miniscule amounts of exactly those things. if you had put the label on this story as drama/hurt/comfort i wouldnt care as much but this is just another example of how people think they can write a compelling story of how these guys just need more hugs, regardless of the fact that most things in the multiverse want them dead.

you started off so well! a story about how dean meets some mutants and then adventure ensues! but this is veering off into familiar territory. dean is going to be real hurt and cry a lot, so john and bobby and sam and his new mutant friends all come together to give him hugs, because that what he truly needs! horseshit. ive read this story before. just because you've added the x-men to it doesn't make it better.

Decent story. Characters and relationships well developed.

Unfortunately, drama, romance, and angst took over the majority of the plot and word count. This focus onto OCs and drama instead of developing the way the lore would combine has caused a lot of canon dissonance and plot holes/contradictions.

Still a good read for the writing and characters, but Lore fans of SPM or the X-Men will be disappointed.

Oh I would really love a sequel to this! So much to explore especially with the demons and figuring out what the yellow eyed demon did and the. With Angels and the apocalypse! That definitely would of had a good conclusion too!

I forgot to tell you that I’m so happy I’ve reached the end of this story! I was reading this story for such a long time. I forget how long; it was at least a month. Sometimes I’d get bored and go read some other fics and come back to it. I’m so glad I read the whole thing! Will you please continue or write a sequel that answers my questions? It’s be so great to read more about this!
