Both of these little one-shots are really fun. I utterly adore Tracks and Raoul, particularly because of their bicker-y nature. (What can I say? I love bickering pairs!) And, truly, there simply aren't enough stories about these two, so I'm very glad that you're adding to the meager collection out there. And I really hope that you're intending to continue, even if it's only off and on. (I know how that is. ;) )

Ah cool! Love the Raoul and Tracks moments! Raoul was my favorite human in G1 Transformers.

Saying in the summary which Transformers reality this story takes place in would be a good idea. It's clear as I read the story that it takes place in the G1 cartoon, but saying so beforehand might help attract more reviews.

"He probably left grimy, greasy fingerprints all of his nice finish" Couple problems with this sentence. For better clarity, I'd suggest replacing he and his with terms more specific to the characters being referred to and the sentence would make more sense if you replaced of with over.

It feels like you stopped short of giving this story an ending, but otherwise, a nice little buddy tale.

I like Tracks and Raoul. They're my favorite friendship type too.
