A truly inspired piece of writing! I loved every word! And it was nice to have a bit of the Doctor's faith in humanity restored again by the end. Brilliant job!

Wow, I had chills the whole time I was reading this. Midnight is one of my favourite episodes and it was interesting to read about the repurcusions it could have had on the characters.

This HAS to be, without a shadow of a doubt, one of THE BEST Doctor Who fanfictions I have EVER read !

'Midnight' was my all-time favourite episode, and your addition to the story is simply superb. Honestly, I was so anxious, so caught up with the characters, hoping and praying for them all, and it's scary just how clearly I could picture everything you were describing ...

God, I'm lost for words. All I can say is sensational, first-class story that it has been a pleasure for me to read. Thank you a thousand times for sharing it with us !

Good. Just...GOOD. Right up until the end, there's always that niggling little worry that something will happen to prevent the Doctor from getting his voice back. And then he does and it's a brow-wiping "Whew!" moment. _~

Excellent story! I always felt there should have been something more at the end of that episode, and you've provided exactly what it needed! You handled the characters so well. Donna and the Doctor especially...and the final chapter was incredibly satisfying. This is an excellent story. Keep writing.

*rubs hands together* I really, really, REALLY wish that you wrote for Doctor Who. This would have been an amazing second part for Midnight, and I would have loved to see it playing out on the screen. But then again...I wouldn't have been able to read the perfect words that you used to describe the tale, or the story from the Doctor's point of view. :) Anyway, I really enjoyed this fic. Definitely one for the favorites list! xD

*looks nervous* I'm REALLY getting nervous about the Doctor. Is he going to be alright or not? And what's going to happen if/when (though hopefully when) the creature shows up? *takes deep breath* Okay. I need to go read the rest. Now. lol

Oh wow. This story is amazing. Midnight happens to be my favorite episode so far, and I've already watched it twice since the first time I watched it yesterday. :) Anyway, back to your story again. I never really thought about what would happen, should the Doctor permanantly lose his voice. It would be horrible to be trapped like that, frozen and unable to say even a single word... I really hope that he gets better! O.O

An interesting concept, very nicely written. I agree with reddwarfaddict that you struck a nice balance with the supporting/OC characters. All in all, a good read. Looking foward to seeing what comes next with "Solid Skies."

Well, a very plausible situation - I love it when everything works out! And I love the entire segment from "when I try to stand up, and my knees fold under my weight," to, "Before I know it, I'm fast asleep." ... It was beautiful! :D Loved this! *mentally replaces the ending of Midnight with this* You do write great OCs, I'm really not overly fond of OCs I have to admit, I sometimes feel the story focuses way too much on them, but you've nailed it just right! So thanks for that.

I'll be keeping an eye on Solid Skies :D I clung to Hollow World like a druggie needing a fix, it has to be said... :-/
