| Hikari no ai chapter 1 . 3/15/2011
This was beautiful. So touching. It should be canon, really it should. It certainly gives more closure than the last episode and "epilogue" ending credits did. Brilliant job!

Oh, oh, this fic is beautiful. I'm sitting here, feeling silly because I'm crying so hard. This is really just lovely. And here I thought I loved your tendershipping fics. This was amazing.
| ForestGuardian311 chapter 1 . 5/4/2010
OK, it's official. Your story is the *BEST* Puzzleshipping story I've read, and I'm not just saying that. I was never really into yaoi because in all honesty, the thought was a little disturbing. But your story had none of the "kissy-feely" sort of stuff you normally find in yaoi, and for that, I'm thankful. You took the romance part for enough to where it's cute (and sad), not disgusting. Poor Yugi... I did want to point out that I read somewhere that since Yugi was in "the tenth grade" when this all started, he was already either 16 or 17. And I'm hoping you may be able to answer this one question that's been bugging me for a while: Where are people getting that Yami's eyes are red? I've only seen the English anime, so I don't know if they're getting it from the manga or what, but personally, I think his eyes are just a darker shade of Yugi's amethyst ones. Anyway, you did a wonderful job! Keep it up!
| Raina1 chapter 1 . 3/26/2010
I favorited this a long time ago but never bothered to review. If ever there were a suitable ending for Yugioh, this fic is probably it. The emotions are genuine and heartbreaking, I could feel what Yugioh was feeling, and that's hard to do for a lot of writers. I think Yugi should think of it like this: there's no reason to fear death for him now, because the best is yet to come. Not many get to know for a fact their soulmate is waiting for them. Personally I could live the rest of my life happily just knowing that. :)
| Bakura's Guardian Angel chapter 1 . 7/28/2009
Wow, this was just beautifully written. I don't support yaoi, but this was minor enough that I don't really mind. Your descriptions and the way you can delve into a character's mind, and into their emotions is just superb! This story is like...It's like art. You draw a picture with your words, if that makes any sense at all. It's really easy to imagine this happening.
This was a much more satisfying ending then the one that the series gave, a perfect epilogue. Yuugi's emotions were very well portrayed. As for the length? Well, it was written such that I didn't even really notice or mind how long it was. Most stories that long get tedious, but not this one!
Anyways, VERY VERY well written. Excellent job!
| AngelsSubstance chapter 1 . 7/6/2009
This is a very long yet very touching one-shot and it serisously made me cry lol
| Katya Scriptari chapter 1 . 7/6/2009
This was sad, incredibly sweet, and just...really well done. :) Beautifully written, and also completely plausible.
Personally, I hated that ending...Yami walked out with barely a goodbye (and, my inner Puzzleshipping fan complains, no hug for Yugi :p), they had to run out of the place before it killed them, and there was barely any time for closure afterward (even in the Japanese with the 'epilogue'). A good, finite ending to the series, yes...one that made sense, yes...but well executed? eh not so much. haha.
Anyway, excellent story. Really, truly well done. :)

Why no more reviews? This is beautiful.

That was a nice one-shot. I felt like crying near the end, when Atemu had to leave again.
