Ooh, I really like this so far. I love Tony to death and it breaks my heart to see the way they destroyed his character in season 7. I think the twist could have worked if they had not taken it so far and had done a better job of showing what was going on inside his head, so I am really glad you tackled that in your fanfic. I like how you tied in season 5 flashbacks, and I love the last line of this. I think Tony at least started out believing he was doing it for Michelle, and that he was doing the right thing. He probably never envisioned he'd have to go as far as he did. I'd love to see you continue this and flesh out Tony's emotions in more depth, because that's what was sorely missing from season 7...the whole season, whether he appeared good or bad, you never knew what was going on inside his head until the very end, and then they did not devote nearly enough time to fleshing out his feelings. So please continue this fic and do what the writers failed to do by showing what Tony was thinking, especially in the last 6 hours.
