WOW! If I had to review a story using just one word I'd say this one was "Transcendental"! I had never really given much thought to whether or not the Q had anything similar to sex or what the continuum is like outside of human metaphors. But with the way you've envisioned it, it brings up a whole universe of possibilities!

I don't know if you intended this type of joining to be just for two Qs at a time, but now in the version in my head of your version of Q 'sex' 'orgies' are not uncommon amongst groups trying to cement their bonds, and a menage et trois would be the ultimate mediation if you have two Qs who aren't very fond of each other who share a mutual friend. If they were to have a three way exchange of experience the other Qs who dislike each other would be able to perceive their rival through the eyes of their mutual friend...but there could be a risk that it would work the other way around, resulting in the "middle Q" developing an aversion for the both of them lol. On the other hand Q rape would be unfathomably horrible. To have someone penetrate not just your body which is awful enough, but your actual mind exposed and vulnerable, the predatory Q could take anything the other Q was holding secret and deeply burred within them as fodder for taunting, or worse force thoughts and opinions that are the complete antithesis of their own identity into them. I would hope there's some taboo in their culture about doing that...Thinking about this is giving me a headache I feel like I just had Q sex reading this!

I also love how believable you make Amanda it really seems like her, and it's hard to imagine the shy nervous girl from 'True Q' as a full blown member of the Q continuum and you've nailed it. Awesome awesome fic!

Wow, that was not what I expected at all! But I liked it a lot! The "sex" scene was more intimate than I expected, probably since I've never really thought about the concept of Q "sex". Great job, you should follow this chapter up with a fight scene.

Really cool sex (?) scene. I felt like my mind expanded with how you described things. It would be awesome if this one was more than a one-shot, you have a nice conflict (plot-wise) going on- both mental/emotional and the war. It could be neat to continue to explore what the war did to the Q as you bring up very valid points on how traumatizing it would be for them all. Something not even really hinted at in the show.
