I didn't understand the title so I googled it.
My favorite part of this one was
It lasts for
This one seemed to me to be about secrets that go on in that penthouse when no one is looking. The way it started was like the camera, or a pair of eyes, moving up the staircase and then outside the closed bedroom door where inside they are making love.

There is a delicateness to this poem that is in sharp contrast to the first few lines where it seems like it is about someone being forced into a sexual act they don't want. Its an interesting contrast between ugly and beautiful. Maybe it is about one person being more dominant or more forceful but underneath it is what both of them desire most.
