| Kal-El Fornia chapter 4 . 11/5/2013
I never really expected anything about God in this story, in fact in most stories based off anime or manga sources seeing something like this is surprising, but you did a great job. I like the vagueness with which you tackled it too, Sora not being blatant in whoever she believes is out there. This story has easily become one of my top favorites on here because of how real and actually heartfelt that it feels.
Peace be upon you
| Kal-El Fornia chapter 3 . 11/5/2013
Miyako really is one of my favorites if I have to be real with you for a moment, and this right here is kind of why. She can be brash and hardheaded, a little touchy when angry, but in the end she's a good gal. Also, it's really fun seeing Iori be exasperated for once.
As always, your Toronto words make me feel a bit homesick.w
| Kal-El Fornia chapter 2 . 10/27/2013
Toronto and Hamilton? Man, places I haven't been in years. Good times and memories, though I dI'd jist recall I went to Toronto last summer for my cousin's wedding.
Anyways, this is another good chapter fwllow troper, and I'm left thinking. thinking. There's something I heard a while ago that courage isn't not being afraid, but being afraid and despite that fear moving forwards anyways.
| Kal-El Fornia chapter 1 . 10/23/2013
Wow, like WOW. It's been a while that I've been this impressed by the opening chapter of a story that I actually kind of hate you since you came up with this instead of me, but man, I fell in love with this story with this opening chapter. I know you haven't updated in about 2 years, but i am definitely going to follow this story in case you ever get the inspiration to write some more.
This is definitely a much more mature Patamon than we see most of the time, a lot of the time the little guy acts as the naive and adorable type to be honest, but you just gave me a whole different way that I may want to write Patamon in the future, and that's me not wanting to brown nose you, but instead being completely 100 percent sincere. You really knocked it out of the park with this, and i barely just started.
A part of the reason that I may like this so much is that it hits close to home with the whole being homesick and having that one place I love more than anything. In fact, i actually am from Toronto, specifically the North York district of Toronto. I haven't been back to Canada in the long time. It is a beautiful country.
| Fizzing Wizard chapter 1 . 6/18/2011
I really like that you gave us Patamon's perspective of Tokyo on this. Patamon not only sees maybe the same beauty and even whimsy that the Chosen love about Digiworld, but he seems to have a sense of home in it too. That made this really special to read. Patamon's predictions of how his friends would behave when they were reunited were so funny and nostalgia-inducing, and right on the mark too, in my opinion.
I also loved Takeru waking up at the end, and being told by Takeru that they were "almost there." It was such a simple exchange, but it summed up the theme of the piece perfectly. I can't wait to read the rest of these!

A rather interesting piece. Very spiritual. Alone, yet not quite alone.
Makes me think too much. :P
| Klyn Farseer chapter 2 . 6/8/2011
This was some pretty good work! A nice moment with three of the most awesome Digimon characters. I can't think of that particular stretch of road at the moment, but I'm sure I've been on it many times visiting family. Next time I'm up there I'll look out for it.
| Catching Rain chapter 3 . 6/16/2010
I realize that to say this review is late is the understatement of the year. I've been kinda dead on fanfiction. Oops.
On to the chapter, I really enjoyed it! I reminded me of the trolley system in the Atlanta airport. I know that feeling all too well, Iori. XD Your characterizations are brilliant - I'm glad someone finally gave Iori some dynamic. He was always a very flat character in 02. I'm looking forward to the next chapter!
| BladeMasterAd chapter 3 . 4/2/2010
I also live in Toronto, though thankfully dont have to take the bus that often, but your bus referencing and name of cities resonates with me.
Per your profile, check out my list of favourite stories and I think you will find every single digimon classic there is...fairly certain ive read more than 1,0 fics...
Wondering if you could/would do a Taiora next? Not a Sorato fan at all. If not Taiora, then a Tai/Matt friendship piece would also be nice.
| BenignUser chapter 3 . 4/2/2010
I totally lost myself at "Shut up and do as I say, woman."
| emotionless-robot chapter 2 . 1/21/2010
Ah... still as good as before XD
(And I'll still be waiting for that Ken fic, no matter what you say!)

It's beautiful, absolutely beautiful! You have captured Patamons essence very well, I think. This is really something. I love the plot. It sounds so sincere and cute and the way you have described all the feelings about home, family and friends ect. were so passionate and wonderful to read. When you talked about Osaka and Tokyo, it woke some feelings inside of me which longed for those two metropoles and theirs atmospheres. I miss Japan very much and your one-shot has reminded me of that. Thank you
This is definitely a fantastic one-shot. I simply LOVE it... I can tell you that it's one of my favourites!
Kudos to you (v)
