Oh Gods this is good. But I think that Henry would definately lie about what happened with the hat; He'd say that he asked to be in Gryffindor to get closer to Longbottom. And well, I really, really can't wait to see the 'unforgivables' played out with Moody. That will be interesting.

Why didn't Dumbledore demand that Lestrange and Malfoy expose their arms. I would have thought that Herbology and History of Magic would be just as important to Dark Wizards as to Light ones. They must need to know what plants were dangerous and which ones had healing properties or could be used in potions. I thought they would be taught the history of famous dark wizards and witches.

Yes more murder! Granger would be sending deadly glares at them. But I like this new Harry, really like him.

Very good chapter. Dumbledore is an old fool. I liked the comments about Herbology and History of Magic class.

I can wait for the next one with Snape as Potions teacher. After Moody, Snape as former Death Eater will be the next target.
