Is it me or are there a few mistakes in this story? I seem to remember the issue of Severus pulling out of Hogwarts had already been addressed in a previous chapter, Severus had received the offer and he had decided not to take it, and yet in this chapter he seems to hear of it for the first time. There is also some confusion about the winter and summer holidays, I think, a bit of a mix up that makes hard to keep track of which holiday they are going home for at various points of the story. I'm not about to re-read the whole story to confirm these mistakes, but perhaps you the author should check and make the necessary corrections (there are also a lot of typos and spelling mistakes).

A good beginning and great premise. As it hasn't been worked on in a while I'm just going to put it on follow and hope that there will be a update.

I first read this story in 2011-13, as it was written, and am now returning to re-read all of my favourites. Still enjoying this time-travel Sev plus Lily.
I can see that it is over 3 years since the last chapter was published and, although you promised on several occasions that you would not abandon the story, it looks like it is taking a long time to prepare the next chapter.
Things to look forward to, should the story be continued /completed:

Sorting out Sev’s immune system
Antidote to poison
Happy ever after - or otherwise. For our young couples: Sev and Lily, Narcissa and James, Sirius and Anna as well as the parents of James and Sev.
Wedding bells for Petunia and Alex.
No idea how being a father will affect Voldemort.
Don’t care if Peter and Emily end up together or not.

I don't know I feel like with him and narcissa being so close in the original timeline and knowing what happened this year he would put two and two together and even if he didn't he would be more worried for her after all she was like a sister to him and one if not the only true friend he actually had

It's been a while since you've written, I hope you did an abandon the story. You wrote several times that you would not abandon it. Hopefully you're just taking a vacation. Granted a long one but a vacation all the same. I hope this is true because I have read this story every available minute that I've had. I really enjoyed it and you have done a wonderful job. I hope you will continue it.

I think this story is actually good but I have to say this because it’s actually annoying me! His dad used to beat him and his mom okay! Just because he gave up alcohol it doesn’t make the past better. It makes no sense that he would forgive his dad so easily and forgive his mom because in his first life she stayed with an abusive drunk that squandered all their money left which in turn left Severus with old clothes that had holes in them and hungry when he came home from school because the dad used it for ALCOHOL! I’m not saying the dad didn’t change or that I don’t want them to be happy but I feel like your just brushing away years of abuse like nothing happened. Like all the dad said to Severus was oh hehe I’m sorry I abused you and never showed you any love let’s forget that I’ve done that and now be the perfect family. Also the mom is really annoying me she wants to act all tough now and he such a good mom and “I’ll do anything for my baby’s because I love them soooo much” like bro in his first life you stayed with an abusive drunk that hurt you and your child. I just don’t understand how Severus can forget all that pain but remember the pain James Potter and his friends gave him.
