| Olive-Pizza chapter 1 . 7/6/2013
Wow. I really liked that.
The ending especially because it leaves the writer to interpret whether or not Sam gave in because his words hurt him, or the fact that dean said he would kill him without hesitation(my theory) because he wanted to be dead but was worried that his brother would in fact, hesitate.
| ElizaT chapter 1 . 4/7/2013
OH. MY. GOD
Sooo perfect! *-*
Thank you, really! *-*
| Desertfyre chapter 1 . 10/28/2011
*sniff* That was so sad. I loved the look in how Sam could have said yes in The End. (This would be the only time I don't mind reading something as depressing as this. Great job capturing everyone's character at this point in time and timeline)
| azerjaban chapter 1 . 7/25/2011
Wow, so sad. But I can see future Dean sending this kind of message to Sam, and it being what finally breaks him.
Thnx for the awesome read!
| Min Daae chapter 1 . 11/3/2010
I've been reading a bunch of these why Sam said yes fics, and I love this one. I love love love, much as it hurts, the idea that Sam says yes because he thinks that Dean will kill him and it'll be okay.
It's full of ouch and it's just perfect.
| ariex04 chapter 1 . 9/18/2010
This is so sad. I feel bad for same, and it's so typical that Dean is the one to drive him over the edge. With a life like that, I can picture him saying yes. You did a really good job with this!
| xXxShiniXKazexXx chapter 1 . 7/6/2010
Excellent! I loved the last few paragraphs. D
| bohumut chapter 1 . 5/21/2010
I would love to see a second chapter where Dean finds out from Chuck what happened once he gave Sam that note.
| Von chapter 1 . 1/24/2010
Woah! You don't deserve love! You evil person! :D
(Laughs) This was by far the best look at why Sam would say 'Yes'. And sort of continues a pattern. I'm of the opinion that a lot of grief in the last couple of seasons would have been prevented if Dean had just pulled his head from his butt.. having his own words be the reason Sam breaks was just too damned good.
Now if only Dean could understand that. I can see Chuck writing it now, like a passage in the Bible - "And the cursed brother said 'nay' a thousand times, in the face of torture, slavery and complete and total darkness. And then the blessed brother spoke and broke his cursed brother's defiance with ease."
I know we're being coaxed to pick a side with the brothers and they could BOTH stand to be a lot more open with eachother, but Dean's just been so darn aggravating lately..
| supernaturalsammy67 chapter 1 . 1/14/2010
this was AMAZING i swear...you are such a pro at Sam fics./.
loved the ending, i can so imagione it, teary eyed and just sam to his wits end..
ooh this was beautiful!
| Starshinesoldier chapter 1 . 12/7/2009
OMG! DEAN! YOU STUPID FUCKING FUCKER! RRAHH! -wails- SAM! ;_;
| Starshinedown chapter 1 . 12/4/2009
Oh, gah. I mean, well-written. Extremely freakin' possible, but GAH. I've never not envied the Winchester brothers more. Or envied them less. You made me cry for Sam a little.
| Yellowbulma chapter 1 . 11/30/2009
Poor Sam (
| Lenayvonne chapter 1 . 10/28/2009
Now that is an interesting twist! I'd love to see like an epilogue of when Dean and Sammy/Lucifer meet up and what is said.
| ArmagonAuthor chapter 1 . 10/16/2009
Wow... This story was about as depressing as it comes but it was an enjoyable read. Very well written, nicely played out. The ending WAS a tragedy, no lie. I cant believe that Dean would do something like that! OMG! This story was very sad!
