I know it's been a while, but I hope this story hasn't been abandoned. It's a bummer of a place to leave off on such a big cliffhanger! I want to see Jack return to his mom and I want to read the conversation between John and Elizabeth about her being Jack's mom!

You really need to end this story, never mind what happend in the end of the third season, and continue in the fourth and the fifth, the are really less and less fanfiction of Sheppard/Weir, I think that the authors are lazy and write the pairing more easy because Weir is "dead", you really need to end this story.

I really dont care what happend in canon, I really would like that the authors of this section write more about Sheppard/Weir pairing, is a shame they dont do that because Weir is "dead" in canon.

Jack seems to be getting along with Todd.

The cross referencing and old databases are a serious problem in finding him. They must do all they can to find him. Watching the torture session will not help on emotionally.

Hopefully he will get some of the life back from Todd. The escape and battle plan were perfect for the situation. There is a worrying sense for his mental state, he can switch on and off but like any light switch you keep doing that and you are going to blow the globe. When that happens the ones he loves will become allies and you lose allies. Hopefully he will realize that before it’s too late. There Is a difference in being a man and a monster, those lines are become blurry for him.

The message he left is an effective form of psychological warfare. Hopefully john will be able to help his son deal with the combat stress and PTSD.

Like all things the truth always comes out. I wonder how John would react that something like this was kept from him.

They shouldn’t get so mad at Ronon he is doing what his training dictates. If some slits throats and takes the bodies it means they collect trophies and this makes them extremely dangerous.

Very nice scene with Jack and Jennifer. Jack is right you have to be nice to the people that cook your food, tend your food and share your bed.

Those memories must bring him the most comfort. Getting tortured isn’t fun; it is the ultimate test of a person, how much they can endure. He came back to right past wrongs death is far more acceptable than failure.

Kolya is someone who knows how to get what he wants. And his military skills make him all the more dangerous.

Must be horrifying for her to watch it all happen. It’s the same for every parent.

Very exciting start. I guess they will have to reveal the truth eventually. Like some soldiers he suffers from survivor’s guilt due to PTSD. Jack can complain about not having a team but it’s irrelevant there is a war to fight, he will eventually get there. The only harm he can do is turn his weapons on himself or start popping ‘go pills’.

His future knowledge will give them a great advantage. Such alliances with traitors should not be repeated; they should simply cut contact or eradicate them. Not all missions are exciting.

Those recurring nightmares must be a real bitch, so real like being there all over again. They present a problem. The self medicating does help until it starts to affect his relationships, no matter how hard it is he needs to get some help. Nice to see he has found someone.

In war injury and death run hand in hand, it only matter which one catches you.

No one should want war those boring times should amplify that.

The sex talk is very awkward.

The military government is the last resort and usually the last government. There are reasons we have civilian governments the main being civility.

A stroke of genius by Jack, all personnel should have some sort of basic defensive training and survival skills. The P-90 is the perfect weapon for them.

Elizabeth’s dilemma about telling him is very understandable. Nice to see them bonding. It must be hard for them to lose someone they love.

Elizabeth is right kid don’t come with an instruction manual they are not weapons systems. I understand John’s fears about being rejected by his child, he can only do his best and hope.

Nice to see that he has regained consciousness, now he doesn’t have to involuntarily go through the nightmares. Mckay asked the question they all wanted to ask.

It’s good some of those things were kept secret for now.

It’s harrowing to see the one you love die bleed to death in front of you, knowing or thinking you failed them. Rodney did the right thing; if you are going to go into the next life you might as well repay your debts.

Nice to see that the main scientist are getting along.

Those nightmares are of the worst kind where you have to relive traumatic experiences. I hope they get him help for that, such nightmares can consume him or change him into something terrible. Teyla is right they should look after him, he is one of their own and no one deserves to be alone in that kind of condition.

Kind of sad that they are gambling while a possible comrade is dying, such actions are best left to when the individual has recovered.
