   readicted chapter 29 . 7/19/2019 I thought sure I had read this fic before. The Halloween chapter seemed so familiar to me, but I don't remember the rest. I must have read an excerpt somewhere where GD was rec'd. I can't believe I hadn't read this fic before now, but better late than never! Thank you for sharing your story, I've enjoyed reading it. Your WindowWard was so enthralling. He was dark and light, dangerous and protective, always teetering precariously on the edge of passion and primal compulsion. He was good, but flawed. Bella was a bit dark and dirty and flawed too while being an essentially good and loving person. I appreciated that Sam and Jake were not one dimensional hotheaded characters. Your villain was despicable, yet you made me feel a modicum of empathy for him. Jessica was a hoot. The Wolf Council was firm and fair, not painted as closed minded. I also appreciated how the Denali sisters played into this story. Unique transformation arc. Off to read the sequel. |
