"So, Headmaster, there is a book about horcruxes written by Li Huan after extensive original research. That book was translated into Japanese, and since many Japanese Defence Masters read Chinese it is established that the translation is very very good. Even here in this room are Defence Masters who have read both and can speak for the quality of the translation.

"The book was translated into Sanskrit as well, but it is well known in the East that that translation is lacking in accuracy and it isn't even complete. That Sanskrit version was then translated into Persian, which was as complete as the Sanskrit original, but had even more errors. The Greek translation from that left out another part and similarly wasn't really good. The Latin translation from the Greek is faithful and complete, except two key terms that could have been translated in two ways used the less fitting translation. The English version of the Latin text uses fanciful language and bears little semblance to the content of the Latin text.

"So, in summary, you read the product of a series of bad and incomplete translations, while others read the original work. I love this story as I have some of your others. I will let my imagination fill in the rest, while hoping nevertheless that you return to finish it some day. Thank you for sharing this unique idea with us. It is one I expect to read again and again.

Haven't started reading yet, just had to comment on the opening author's note re: adult language.

Six you say? My kid has you beat. My darling child, my precious miracle, at 15 months of age, spoke their first word. As most parents do, I was prompting my kid to "Say momma. Mmmmaa mmmaaa. Can you say momma?" and my beautiful little bundle of joy gazed up at me... and very distinctly said "Bish".

They'll be four this month, know all the spicy words and uses them frequently (and publicly) and has figured out how to spell the f bomb and the s one. None of this, mind you, has been actively promoted or encouraged by anyone; it's entirely been picked up incidentally in their environment. Admittedly, that environment is solely made of adults with potty mouths who don't do baby talk...

The little monster is my pride and joy. Their pediatrician, however, is less impressed.

Brilliant tale. Sp sad it is unfinished. I desperately wanted to know how Voldy died, what the tower was like and what the government would become. Thank you fir what was here though

This would be a great ending if this story was full length, marked Complete, and 30 Minutes III was written. I hope I don’t come across as too negative but I still find the abandonment of this story very disappointing.

So good. Thank you! It’s interesting to think of how Dumbledore may have fought back, who would have become minister & whether Dumbles would have retained his two overtly political positions; how the returned Longbottoms, politically active Blacks, MI-5 and Magic Aware Mundanes could have effected change; if a rebellion that could pull down the current societal structure and who would have combined forces with their philosophical opponents in order to try to take down the new rule of law… all due to fantastic writing! How close will both worlds come to skirting extinction?!

Oh you need to hurry up and keep the story going... This has been a well thought out series. If you don't finish, then I think I would need to find some hackers to track you down. And when they do, I'LL MAKE YOU FINISH IT! It won't be pretty.

I'm kidding about that part. But it would be as heart breaking as when Robert Jordan died. He wrote "The Wheel of Time" series. I went looking for his latest book at Barnes & Noble. Found out when I asked for his next book. He died of a Stomach Aneurysm

Your stories are good. To not finish them would be a crime. Especially since you have now brought in the Time Travelers. Oh man, that's getting good! And now we have an idea about why the time experiment failed. Cause Sensi came earlier.
