Still, mildly amusing and it would explain a few things.

I don't like that the story seems to be making excuses for Sasuke by inventing crud out of whole cloth.

Sasuke was not abused and was not an alcoholic. Even if he was, it does not excuse the things he did (or will do).

Best be killing Sasuke... Painfully.

But, after all the questionable man/boy stuff in Kishimoto's manga, you think anybody's going to bat an eye at Kakashi's innocent interest in Naruto?
