| Blaise chapter 1 . 6/21/2010
This is excellent! You catch Lennier's devotion to Delenn perfectly here. A beautiful, painful story.
| Rachel Indeed chapter 1 . 12/28/2009
Another lovely story; it felt melancholy, spiritual, ominous, and loving. Delenn and Lennier, each suffering through compassion, commitment, doubt, fear, and ultimate faith were starkly highlighted by that awful situation, and you wrote the dying Valnor with gentle dignity. I liked Lennier's gentle diplomacy - "He was mistaken." - Very well done, thank you.
| Starfire201 chapter 1 . 11/20/2009
Somehow I got the feeling of foreshadowing in this story. And in spite of what Lennier said, the phrase that there is always a grain of truth in a legend came to mind. It is very easy to see how the Markab saw her as such.
While I can remember few episodes in whole, as I've said, I seem to recall this one vaguely. All of the Markab people died, correct? And someone made a joke at the end where one of the command staff found less than amusing? Oddly enough, they'd be facing that themselves within a very few years.
