I looooooooove this story ! You can never really know what will happen... And yet most of the events are so logical that you could have predict them. It's wrenching my heart !
Red-Hag chapter 18 . 4/17/2020

Wheel of Fish chapter 26 . 2/7/2016
I don't know whether you even use this site anymore, but I felt the need to review just to say that rarely have I encountered such developed original characters, and I really appreciate the work that you've done. I especially love how unapologetically tough you've written Meviahd. I know it's a long shot, but I hope you return to publishing some day-even if it's not this story. I'm just returning to after a decade-long absence, so believe me, it can be done! :)
The other Goldilocks chapter 26 . 9/3/2015
It has been a long and tiresome journey for the Jandali and Meviahd, now we're still a few waiting for another update.
This story has captivated me more than any other story, and I try to imagine an ending that isn't a tragic one. Hopefully, if you're still going to continue the story of this unfortunate pair, it will happen in near future.
Syrasha chapter 26 . 11/3/2014
Where do I begin, before first begging you to update, even after all this time?

This story is an inspiration. It gave me the kick in the ass I needed to write my own story, and that was only the first time I read it. This third reading, I have to put my thoughts into words for you.

The Jandali is a masterpiece. Too often do characters in the Warcraft world become caricatures, and Jandali is delectably refreshing.

pardon my use of the word humanity to describe an elf, but Meviahd's humanity makes her so relatable. Her struggles are so tenderly handled and I find myself always hungry to hear more of what happens to her.

I beg you to update again. I know it's selfish, but closure of this story would make me infinitely grateful.

Thank you for bringing this piece of art to life.

Caitolent chapter 26 . 5/30/2014
I am truly happy to have found this story swimming around in a list of someone's Favorites the other day. The characters are so well-written, the plot is endlessly interesting, and the writing itself leaves nothing to be desired.

It is inspiring that you were able to create two wholly dynamic characters, and that you were able to portray their weaknesses without making them weak, and that you were able to play on their strengths without making them overly powerful. I feel as though I could meet both of these people in the real world *and* like them.

Thank you for this wonderful read. I hope you are able to and willing to update soon!
Guest chapter 26 . 5/10/2014
