|Reviews for Unfulfilled Potential|
| Bulletdodger chapter 1 . 1/7/2010
I read your story unfulfilled potential.
And I must say I am impressed. The writing style was very interesting, it pulled people in. You gave enough description and dialogue to entice me, and you also added some original parts to the story that made the story very interesting. The part you added for example about Obito's dad was very interesting, and the end where you describe how Obito might've grown up to be one of the best was powerful.
It lacked a certain amount of angst though, which usually seems to be apply to these kinds of story. The story itself seemed too much like a documentary instead of a fictional story, so perhaps it is that why that I couldn't feel the emotions in the story as much as I could've. Of course, there are no dialogues in these kinds of stories, so that also takes away from the story itself. The story could've easily been a wikipedia entry done with a creative flair, which is not a bad thing.
But from the way you use your sentences I can tell that you are very talented, and that you're probably one of the select few who could write an epic story and have everyone be in awe of your talents. So I commend you for that.

In my opinion, it would've been fine if it was included in your Eulogy drabble series. All the same, it stands well on its own.
I haven't read an Obito eulogy before, so this is definitely unique and fitting. Well done.

No kidding. Obito's tale has always been one of unfulfilled potential. It's sad thinking about it, but I think he would have made a great shinobi if he had lived. And you're right, he is just like Naruto.
