A very interesting story crossover that unfortunately is just as slow if not slower than the anime/manga. To make it worse it's abandoned.

Rereading this (as I usually do a couple of times a year) and it’s interesting how much you were able to infer from the material at the time that ended up being accurate. If one were to go back and make it slot into canon, so to speak, it wouldn’t be too hard.

But yes… this is a fic I love to revisit because the tone is so unique. Plus Kūkaku rarely gets love in Bleach fics, so I may be a hair biased.

I truly excellent work. It's a real shame it did let continue. The world building is excellent and I'm very curious as to where it could've gone.

Ah this was really well written. It's interesting how you wrote yourself some leeway in that over the course of 5 years the Manga itself spilt its answers and secrets for you for the blanks to be filled in. You had Retsu procure him an Asauchi to use only for us to later find out yup it's mandatory for the zanpakuto to be able to manifest properly. Then you left holes that made her seem dangerous and yup she's the 1st Kenpachi, Yachiru. All of Yoruichi's bending over backwards to get him somewhere safe now and it felt like had you continued to write this story he'd most likely end up in the 11th division.

Not sure what the plan was of if it's set up for the long run with a heavy grow cycle but so far Harry and the other characters just don't really work out together. This "Power play" with izanami makes no sense , the backstory, master of Death line etc. Don't even make sense in the canon timeline. Also his reactions are like nothing that would make sense of someone who knows hardship and just came out of what is basically a war.
Overall it's just a massive amount of AU contend with overblown Drama.
