That was a very, very beautiful story. Alistair's anguish was absolutely palpable in his endless hauling of the bucket, his dumping of the ice cold water over himself. Masterfully done!

I think I've said this before, but the way you use language is just incredible. It feels like you use words like a painter uses oils, like a sculptor uses clay, and so the end result feels so tangible and vivid that it's just utterly fantastic.

This line:

"wound together like vines grown to unity in front of the fireplace"

Is just so evocative, and so lovely.

The sense of revulsion/attraction that you convey here is very well done. I haven't chosen that ending yet, but the thought of it isn't pleasant. Nice job on conveying the complexity of this choice.

Augh. Angsty angsty angsty, why am I not surprised? I actually couldn't bring myself to watch this cutscene while in-game-skipped right over it, like the coward I am-so I have no idea if Morrigan actually does all of this or not.

This was really excellent. Morrigan taunting Alistair with the "does she do this?" sounds like something she would totally do, and Alistair's thoughts are totally in-character and really well-written. Thank you for sharing. :)
