Just read some of the reviews - guys it's the sequel to The Lost One... but as elle6778 she says it's connected, guess she got to excited about the future plot to wait to finish the current one - which is great because I love the direction the 'sequel' is going.

The hints are:

-'His hair was long again' as in Lost One he cropped it short.

-Itachi's questioning of a medic in Yugakure - the setting of The Lost One

-The implication of the Naruto-crew taking back their country and Kakashi stepping up- we know Danzou was Hokage in The Lost One time

-Itachi was thought to be dead in the Lost One - and one of the four ANBU that had encountered Itachi had told him that he was supposed to be dead

And I'm sure there's more.. but those are the bits I picked up.

I'm wondering who Ryo is though, and what he's doing in Suna (which could be another hint as Sakura was pretending to be in Suna in TLO while she was in Yugakure). Did I miss it? I might have to go back and reread it :) hehe.

i was so lost at first because they kept referring to what itachi did in the past and i thought this was just another story that would explain later but when i got to the end and you said it was connected to another one of your stories i was like wtf? i have only read the chance, the centerpiece and the lost one from you and since this has nothing to do with any of them im guessing its the contentious heart which i haven't read but i try to this weekend cuz i really like this one lol ]]

i probably understand better if i read the first one but i love it so far and you can tell there's definitely gonna be a lot of drama :)update soon
