I just want to say that I love this story.

It seems so realistic, it's impossible not to get absorbed into what's going on, but that also means feeling their hurt and fear when they lose a friend, a child, a mother.

I love that you research and stick with as much canon as possible. When you use Na'vi terms it doesn't feel gratuitous, it highlights how this is a story about another world and only furthers how encompassing the setting is.

The fact that you can subtly add romance for Norm is a bonus, to be honest. It's very well done, keeping in mind that she's a widow and adding understandable cultural conflicts to that aspect.

The story is overall very well-written and no detail seems superfluous to the plot. I can't think of anything to criticize to be honest.

Aye, a long time indeed. I had to reread the entire story to remember what it was even about. Glad I did, though. I forgot how much I liked this story. I hope your next update is not so long in coming.
