| darksteampunk chapter 13 . 6/17/2010 OMFG! That chapter was a doozy! Poor Mo'at! But at least the babies are alive! And will Wendy's avatar survive? They way you set up some of those scenarios was heartbreakingly real. I like how you didn't mince words. Death is hard. War is terrible. And the humans in this story are capable of atrocious things. You portrayed it well, and your writing is superb. Well worth the wait. I can't wait to find out what happens next. What an amazing story! |

| xoxcrescentmoonxox chapter 12 . 6/3/2010 The one thing that was lacking in this chapter was Jake's grief. I think sometimes, as he's narrating the story, his own perceptions get pushed aside, and Tomas's death (or not?) was an occasion where I thought you didn't pay enough attention to the agony he'd be going through. Other than that, you had it all: humor (a little), lots of culture, loss, great battling, new characters - love the way you're developing Wendy. And to kill Neytiri's mother and son! You're right; poison arrow is an option ;D Except I respect your writing and storyline too much for that. I cannot wait to see what happens next - and sorry for this severely late review! |
