![]() ![]() ![]() i wonder how big is he |
![]() ![]() ![]() Will Cologne have a headege. :p Heh, he can now use the Neko-ken without going insane. Gold Digger, nea? Does this mean that Ranma will be able to become human again? Will that cause a mess, his/her old body being declared dead and him/her still being alive. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Can't see a GD/SMoon cross being completely compatible considering the magical power and technological level in the GD universe. That said this fic is interesting and I look forward to seeing where it goes. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Is Ranma going to be a felinethrope or similar were creature from GD? If so, since he won't be one of Iceron's creations, maybe he could be without the silver allergies and still have the ki claws? Don't worry about rewriting earlier chapterlettes except to fix spelling or grammatical errors. One thing you could do is to consolidate your chapters into one, delete the last three and replace the text in the first chapter with the combined chapters. Future readers would likely appreciate this. Good luck with your muse. Its a good story, in spite of the chapter length. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Despite what you may have picked up from other fanfics, the "chan" honorific is not feminine. It is diminutive. The only reason it is more often used with females is that people tend to be rather more familiar when addressing young girls and women than when addressing anyone else. Likewise, "kun" is not masculine. It is, as far as I can tell, used for close peers and those who are moderately beneath you socially. It is basically intermediate between "san" (Mr./Miss/Mrs.) and "chan" in familiarity. I'd also like to point out that there is no reason whatever to use a Japanese construct to indicate Ranma's gender. English doesn't have many honorifics, but it does have "boy" and "girl", which work just fine. Probably the only people who could get away with calling Ranma (in either gender) "Ranma-chan" — if only because he'd feel bad for yelling at them about it — are his mother and, possibly, Kasumi. Saying "girl-Ranma", on the other hand, is completely unambiguous and requires no foreign language training by your readers. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Another good chapter. A bit jumpy at points or just seemingly forced in the writing but still very enjoyable. I like the little bit about Setsuna... though it scares me you intend to bring in the Senshi with the GD universe. Not sure why but I just fear for a stories life when it starts crossing too much too early. I hope you have many great plans for where you want to take this and I look forward to finding out! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Nice story—short chapters. “Well, in order to save Akane, he apparently had to fight Lord Saffron. Saffron was apparently a Phoenix, an immortal being who apparently regenerated damage Repetition kills the mood. Try this: “Well, in order to save Akane, he apparently had to fight Lord Saffron.
