i was honestly enjoying this so much i was like wow characters so good writing so good story both accurate and believable this must be too good to be true and then hello sexism i was right. at first i was like, it was probs just one-off and unintentional and then from there i notice the subtle forms of stereotyping and then BOOM some blatant shit right in my face. holy shit why.

its an insult to be a girl? harry is gay because girls are so annoying? the only girls who show up to the quidditch tryouts are there for harry? And then pansy and hermione are stereotypes: prissy, silly, annoying, flirty, desperate, over-sensitive, petulant. the only slightly bearable female character you have written is Ginny and even she is pissing me off with her ridiculous and constant intimacy with harry.

do you think that as soon as a male is gay all their female friends shimmy up to them, rub their noses on their cheeks and hold their hand? its a male/male fic and yet i feel you perpetuating weird stereotypes and behavior that are often the cause of and result of homophobia.

all you need to do now is add "after making sure all the stupid girls had left the quidditch tryouts and Ginny made out with him for a bit because he was gay so he was fine with it, Harry made sure to get rid of any blacks like Dean; they'd probably try to steal the brooms and sell them in their Knockturn Alley dealers." to top it all off with some racism.
