Utterly fantastic. Having Hermione figure out that Harry's gay would have been more than enough to make me love this chapter. Add in two great Harry/Draco moments, and another perfect conversation with Harry and Ginny, and you've outdone yourself.

As much as I want Harry to come out, you've outlined why he doesn't want to in a way that is very in character. His rant about 'not being the fucking Berlin Wall' was very funny, but also made me feel a little sorry for him. Thanks so much.

How can you write something so good so quickly? The last scene with Draco eavesdropping in the library and clutching Romeo and Juliet is just fabulous. There's excellent dialogue, a touch of humour, subtle (and also not so subtle) shifts in emotions and the chemistry…! This really is extremely good writing, and I don't only read fanfiction.

How did I miss this? H/D, 8th year, interesting, well written, with fantastic dialogue and nicely done plot... I must have been too busy or truly blind. But now I'm waiting for another chapter! I love the way you use motivations from the original books, but still are bold enough to construct your own plot within the boundaries. It's all very simple, elegant and well-paced.

I am enjoying this story, and feel you are doing well keeping the characters true to who they are. You do well writing from both Harry and Draco's POV. I am interested to read more.

Vow, this is gonna be fun, really. I was laughing insanely when I read the part where Draco did some things. And I really wander if Draco noticed some thing about Harry, you know what I mean. D I'm really sorry that harry is suffering, but suffering alone. Wish Draco was there when he was crying. Good job.

Oh, you have the tempo and tone and everything perfect! ) How brilliant! And I just loved the part where you said Harry couldn't think straight - haha, double edged meanings are flipping awesome. But seriously, I think you got Harry's reaction to Draco's "stunt" perfect - because he *would* feel angry, more at himself for letting himself be affected, and would definitely take that out on Malfoy. I'm glad that you didn't let him have a single giggle or laugh at the predicament ) Definitely not OOC. I love where this story is going!

Ok, first thing I want to say is... hm, how to put this... I want to say well done on how you made Harry gay. I've read lots of boring fanfictions where suddenly everyone in Hogwarts is gay or bisexual, and everyone knows, yada, yada, yada. I like your way much better. This fanfiction is intriguing me, and I can't wait for your next post.

You have no idea how much I love this. It feels like the eighth book! It's so canon, even in the writing style. Which, of course, makes the gay part so much better. I hope that when Draco and Harry finally get together, it will be cute and romantic, not explicitly sexual right away like so much slash fanfiction is. I feel like it would be truer to the series and to the character. That's my two bits- it's so good my only criticism is for the future :) I hope you'll post the next chapter soon!
