Rachel; I love this story

My daughter would have started with cherry bark (very bitter) and then added something to improve flavour. rosemary for anti-bacterial, and then stuff she only knows. we living Alberta, Canada and she has following her uncle (my brother) in the footsteps of the native peoples lore of healing and spiritual teachings. Very proud of her, the recent cold remedy shortage she produce cough syrup and healing tinctures for the whole family. (Therefore, I was very pleased to see this story focused on natural healing. THANK YOU, for writing this. I think you Amazing.)

PS: when I first read the Todd McCaffery books, I liked the premise, of filling out the watch Weyr's background. The first read though of his books I did find his style, hmm, NOT Anne ... LOL
(And the first books were co-authored, by Anne. Thus, style was similar to original series.)
So, I was expecting the rest of his book to sound, feel similar to his Grandmothers.
But, after re-reading several times, has me appreciating, both his unique style, and, the stories he wanted to tell.)

It is April 30, 2014, four years after the last update. There is a lot left undone here many plots left open. So are you going to update?

I love the idea of this story, the strength of both this young women and her dragon will far outway any problems that will come their way. I know she has backbone and she just has to know it as well. My question is when will she get instruction there is much she needs to know including mating flights. I hope her brother gets his head out of his well you know. Good job.

This was wonderful! I was really surprised, since the summary wasn't all that interesting or clear, and very nicely so. You have a real talent at poetry and a great imitation of Pernese names. I thought this was going to be rather cliche when I read that Sannel was deaf but you've managed to write so well and with such intriguing realism that it was good and new all the same.

Very nice ; I'd like to see more.
