Awe! That was adorable, and the good kind of cheesy:) Nice work!

Awwww... I love it!

I like the level of detail in this story and the little things you pick up on. But it jumps around a lot and is kind of hard to follow at times. And I think there's a typo in the second line; "head" I think should be "dead".

Now on to the fun stuff:

Hands down, this was my favorite line: "It took him two dedicated weeks to convince her he wasn't joking."

But this was a close runner-up: "It took two months for Hermione to let Fred kiss her after he told her he would never leave."

And this one left me very curious: "It took them five weeks of trying for them to have their first date." What happened during those five weeks?

I think that most of these lines could be turned into short stories or expanded on to make one long story.
