![]() ![]() ![]() When Edward threw a fit last chapter Bella should have asked him if he was going to pay her. Waitress mostly make tips so if Bella was going to bake instead her pay would go way down unless Rosalie compensated her for it. Bella should probably hold off on the flirting since she is married. What does she plan on doing about that? File for divorce? I'm going to assume he will show his face eventually unless her leaving was agreed upon. Did she sneak off? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Edward did sound and act like an ass. Poor Bella. I could see her quitting. Edward needs to man up and apologize. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Abused! It's easy to condemn the woman for putting up with that treatment but I know that it is not black and white. It's a slow progression from being happy to thinly veiled insults, to finally being slapped around and controlled. |
![]() ![]() ![]() How uncomfortable, to come home with your tail between your legs. A bad breakup seems like the most acceptable and logical reason to come home instead of not being able to make it financially. |
![]() ![]() Does Embry know Bella missing? |
![]() ![]() Is she still married? They were driving home drunk |
![]() ![]() Will she tell Jasper and Emmett? |
![]() ![]() Bella is married right? Why did Embry have to leave? |
![]() ![]() Is Bella still married? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Edward seems to have some type of issue/disability? My first guess was that he suffered from something that caused him to have memory blackouts. Or something traumatic happened while he was in Chicago but he at one point owned or was a Chef in a high end kitchen. What are everyone’s ages, please? Thank you. |
![]() ![]() ![]() After rereading this after a few years, I’ve realised that there a few things in here which are really problematic. One of the biggest issues is that when Bella shares how she feels (often blaming herself or generally thinking negatively of herself) both Alice and Edward completely shut her down, even to the point where they basically threaten her if she speaks that way again. Not speaking about it won’t stop someone feeling a certain way, stopping her talking about how she feels would do more harm than good. Also the fact that Charlie and Edward keep their info on James to themselves is so completely wrong, and I don’t think that’s ever fully addressed. Bella and Edward’s relationship also has a lot of red flags for me, it comes across as very unhealthy and them getting married so quickly feels wrong. Although it’s really well written, I think there’s some worrying messaging in here about how to support a survivor of domestic violence. |
